He came and spoke to us about birds. We talked about the most common birds we have in Pondicherry and then he presented a small but endangered species: the common sparrow which used to nest in our thatched or tiled roofs but which cannot find refuge anymore anywhere since we have changed the way we build our houses. He left and gave us some homework to do for next time. We have to count the sparrows in our gardens! Tough job. Good luck!
